My job relocated from Phoenix, AZ to Tucson, AZ, my family (including pets) remained in Phoenix until the end of the school year while I traveled back and forth. Because our son has a learning disability; findng the right school was one of our top priorities. We chose the Vail Unified School District (VUSD) and because we are totally new to Tucson; we decided to rent for a year to ensure the neighborhood we chose was the right fit for our family. There was one VUSD school in particular that we hoped to get our children into, but rentals (that allowed pets) went super-fast and time was running out. That's when I posted a note on Zillow asking if any Realtors knew of an owner in that area who may be willing to rent to a family (with pets) rather than sell. Within minutes of my post … the phone rang … it was Cindy and Jeff Monger. They were driving out of town on a family getaway when they saw my post; they told me about a rental that would likely be coming available because they had sold a home to the current tenants. Cindy and Jeff put me in touch with the tenants and listing agent. We moved in literally the day after the previous tenants moved out and my children attended the Vail Discovery Camp summer program that they LOVED!! They also just started school and they couldn’t be happier. The house is perfect for our family. Cindy and Jeff Monger live right up the road and were our first visitors; our kids were instant friends. They responded to all of my questions promptly and made selling the house easier than I thought it could be. Cindy and Jeff were wonderful. Once I got the house ready to go on sale, they started actively promoting it. There was an open-house every other week, and each open house brought at least 10 new potential clients (usually it was more than 15, but never less than 10). The house was under contract in less than 60 days. It was a complicated process with a renovation loan for the buyers, causing me much stress, but Cindy and Jeff handled the selling side of it effortlessly. Whenever a problem came up (as they often do during real estate deals), Cindy and Jeff were on top of it and contacted me immediately to let me know what it meant, and how "we" were going to get around it (by "we", I mean, Cindy and Jeff took care of it after we talked). They are wonderful people. They are highly professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly real estate professionals.

We engaged Jeff and Cindy because they were located in the neighborhood we were first interested in. As our needs changed, we were impressed by Jeff's knowledge of the whole city, its' neighborhoods and their characteristics. As we looked at various areas and homes, Jeff gently but skillfully led us to identify and prioritize our needs and wants in a home. This was instrumental in helping us to choose a home we would be happy with long term. It took several visits to Tucson to see the various neighborhoods we were interested in. He helped us focus on a neighborhood to concentrate on, and then met us several times to visit homes there. He was even willing to offer sound advice and sooth our fears as we were in the process of selling our previous home. In sum, we could not have made a better choice when we chose a realty team. Jeff's knowledge of the market, pleasant and positive nature, his sense of humor, and his commitment to his family impressed us as we went through the process of home purchase.
